 Guiding Principles

Guiding Principles articulate the essential features of target practice; in this case, the Guiding Principles are expressed as a set of questions.  Teachers who answer "yes" to these questions about their practice are probably using Computers as Mindtools.

1) Are learners actively manipulating the software?

2) Are learners explaining what they observe?

3) Are learners reflecting on their learning process?

4) Is the context authentic?

5) Are students collaborative?
