Define Benchmarks of Progress

Once Target Practice and the other stages of progress are identified, one can come to deeper understanding of just what will indicate progress is being made and one's practice is moving from one stage to another. 

For each stage on the Progress Continuum, define between eight and 12 characteristic of a classroom that is functioning at each stage along your continuum.
