The

"A Web Site to See"

Protocol

This page was designed by Gary L. Ackerman for use by students in his graduate courses and teacher workshops focusing on educational technology.  Others are welcome to use the pages, but please drop Gary an email to describe who you are and how you are using the page.

One of a modest collection of protocols to facilitate discussion board interactions.

  • This protocol begins with a participant identifying a web site of interest.

  • Comments come from other participants who briefly (2-3 sentence) review one piece of the web site that is of particular importance.

This protocol is designed to:

  • Review a web site

This protocol works best when:

  • The web site is large.

  • Comments describe the content of a section and indicate a feature to look find in the section.
