Personal Development Collections
 
In collaboration with the participants at the annual Rutland Region Education Alliance's Capstone Initiative Summer Institutes, I developed and refined methods for learners at all levels of experience to created personal development collections to document learning and growth.  Most of this work made use of information technology for creating electronic PDC's.

Personal Performance Projects
 
Another practice suggested by the Capstone Initiative was Personal Performance Projects, which are guided independent study projects undertaken by learners at all levels of experience.

Distance Learning in Southwestern Vermont For MCTE 661: Online Learning Environments, a graduate course at Nova Southeastern University, I investigated the potential of offering professional development to teachers in southwestern Vermont using distance learning methods.

Technology Planning in Southwestern Vermont The culminating experience for my master's degree at Castleton State College was a study of the technology planning in the schools of southwestern Vermont.
